Position Overview

We are in search of a dependable, enthusiastic, and nurturing early childhood educator who has a passion for working with young children. This role will initially be a flexible, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role, allowing the educator to familiarize themselves with our dedicated team, families, and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in positive interactions with children and their families.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow educators.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting classroom environment.
  • Assist children during mealtimes and in tidying up.
  • Supervise outdoor play activities.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 12 ECE units, including core classes.
  • Relevant coursework or a degree in early childhood education, child development, or a CDA.
  • Ability to meet state and/or accreditation educational and experiential requirements.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and schedule.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
