Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

As a BCBA at Soar Autism Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, OT, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Implementing ABA therapy plans and overseeing a team of about 7-8 clients
  • Conducting standardized assessments and refining treatment plans based on progress
  • Building strong partnerships with families and guiding them through the therapy process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
