Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze audit documents and policy notes to determine appropriate action
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Enter payroll from auditor's worksheet or payroll from the latest audit worksheet provided by our internal audit reviewers and audit analyst
  • Report, retrieve, confirm, and update data
  • Analyze billing information and determine fee or applicable surcharges associated with the policy year
  • Process audit worksheets and generate invoices
  • Determine if prior balance exist or if there is a payment plan on file
  • Request audit refunds for policyholders as need
  • Communicate with Agents regarding any audit noncompliance
  • Revise audit results as needed for audit corrections and audit disputes
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
