Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including counseling and education on new therapy and medications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure profitability and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions and other pharmacy services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.

This role is based in Ottumwa, IA, and requires regular interaction with customers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
