- Maintain high-quality service by enforcing organization standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge by attending factory training and workshops.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and reconditioning of construction, municipal, and highway-related heavy equipment and related components.
- Present a professional company image in appearance, uniform, language, personal conduct, and while operating a company vehicle.
- High School Diploma/GED is required. Trade school degree or direct industry experience is highly desired.
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time heavy equipment experience is required. Please note that this is not a maintenance position.
- Must possess a clean driving record.
- CDL is preferred but not required.
- Possess a respectable set of hand tools to perform the hands-on responsibilities of the position.
- Uniforms provided and shoe/boot allowance.
