Job Title: Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative with the Clae Goldman Team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers directly, explaining the benefits of our energy solutions, and closing sales. You'll be working outdoors, in assigned territories, helping people protect their energy costs and go green.

This is an ideal position for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, thrive in a sales environment, and are passionate about making a difference.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in your assigned territory, presenting and selling community solar and third-party energy solutions to residential customers.
  • Engage potential customers by educating them on the benefits of switching to green energy, and how it can help them save on energy costs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and follow up with any questions or concerns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing techniques.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development programs to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about the latest products and strategies.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Sales-Minded: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Capable of working autonomously in the field while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Customer-Oriented: Dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Preferred but not required – we will train the right candidates.
  • Passion for Green Energy: Enthusiastic about helping people make environmentally conscious decisions.
