Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety and Quality Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our safety and quality management team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and quality programs to ensure a safe and high-quality work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in the investigation of workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Help ensure compliance with quality standards by maintaining accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of safety training sessions for employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in safety and quality management.
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality standards.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internships or prior experience in safety or quality management.
  • Familiarity with ProCore.
  • BCSP certifications.
  • Multi-family experience.
