Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety and Quality Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our safety and quality management team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and quality programs to ensure a safe and high-quality work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in the investigation of workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Help ensure compliance with quality standards by maintaining accurate safety records and documentation.
- Support the coordination and delivery of safety training sessions for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in safety and quality management.
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Internships or prior experience in safety or quality management.
- Familiarity with ProCore.
- BCSP certifications.
- Multi-family experience.
