Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues according to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
  • Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake service.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and identify vehicle problems.
  • Effectively communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair processes and cost estimates.
  • Maintain thorough records of all repairs and maintenance performed.

Qualifications:
