Your Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner at iAnthus, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner Manager, your main focus will be on developing and executing HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with department leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide expert advice on talent management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, enhancing overall business performance.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and handling grievances effectively.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Advise managers on performance feedback and team member development.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and enhance HR processes.
  • Drive initiatives for organizational development and workplace effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on strategic HR roles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HRIS/HCM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expert knowledge of cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is essential.
