**Senior Quality Assurance Technician**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of production materials, components, and chemicals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Identify and assess potential quality risks and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control activities and results.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for quality control personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
