Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr QA Technician to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of production materials, components, and chemicals to ensure compliance with regulatory agency rules and guidelines.
- Identify and assess regulatory and quality risks in activities and processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure data integrity in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Associate degree in a scientific discipline and 1-3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and no relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Laboratory Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
