We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by conducting inspections and assessments of production materials, components, and chemicals.
You will work closely with our manufacturing team to identify and mitigate regulatory and quality risks, and ensure compliance with FDA, cGLP, and cGMP regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inspections and assessments of production materials, components, and chemicals to ensure quality and integrity.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory and quality risks, and ensure compliance with FDA, cGLP, and cGMP regulations.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and quality of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
- Associate degree in a scientific discipline and one to three years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and no relevant experience.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Laboratory Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
