About the Role

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician II to support our photolithography equipment customers in the Hillsboro/Aloha area. As a key member of our team, you will be trained to support Canon's lithography equipment (steppers and scanners) and play a critical role in enabling our customers to utilize cutting-edge technology in their semiconductor manufacturing process.

Your Impact
  • Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect equipment to prevent and minimize malfunctions, and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance on Canon equipment in customer fabs, and provide training and assistance to technicians as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training to expand your technical expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in electromechanical work and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • An associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience, with lithography experience and high-precision equipment experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
