As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play a vital role in our care team model, working closely with RNs, Desk Operation Specialists, and providers to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care under the direct supervision of the RN or assigned supervisor.
  • Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist in patient assessment and care planning.
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider in meeting patient needs.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the patient care plan, policies, and procedures of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program.
  • One year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required, with Women's Health/OB experience helpful.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current LPN license by applicable state requirements.
  • Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
