Our client, a reputable business partner, is seeking an experienced Import Administrator to join their team based in Romulus, MI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage import documentation and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize import processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • 25% Provide support services to other import teams, including import documentation and general business support functions.


Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in EXCEL.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
