- Obtaining clearance and records
- Scheduling and triage
- Entering orders and answering patient calls
- Refilling prescriptions and scheduling
- Patient education and prior authorizations
Qualifications:
- 2 years of back office medical assistant experience
- Certification is mandatory
- Bilingual in Spanish
