Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and oversee machinery and equipment to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee product quality and safety.
  • Manage materials handling tasks, including the loading and unloading of materials.
  • Utilize forklifts and other equipment for efficient movement of materials and products.
  • Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Perform basic machining tasks to support production needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets.
  • Follow safety protocols and promptly report any hazards or incidents.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of CGMP guidelines and quality control processes is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
