- Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Perform basic machining tasks to support production needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and promptly report any hazards or incidents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of CGMP guidelines and quality control processes is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
