Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at ForTec Medical. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent to meet the company's current and future goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates, including job postings, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, employee referrals, and professional associations.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct phone and in-person interviews with qualified candidates, and present top candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to inform future recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
