Job Description

Join To the Moon PLLC as a Clinical Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional ABA services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting skills assessments, and providing clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Conduct skills assessments, including ABLLS-R, ABAS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, and AFLS
  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians, including monitoring the implementation of programming and behavior plans
  • Conduct ongoing, weekly clinical supervision with Behavior Technicians and clients
  • Schedule 1:1 meetings with Behavior Technicians to discuss concerns, review updates, and provide corrective feedback
  • Oversee collection of behavioral and program data and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Develop and submit monthly summaries, referrals, and discharge reports
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure continuity of care
