With a robust network comprising over 90 agencies and more than 250 locations across 27 states, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized and consultative partnerships.
The ideal candidate will prioritize collaboration, reasoned discussions, and consensus-building over mandates. The objectives of the LGE Agency operations team include:
- Establishing and nurturing collegial relationships with agency co-owners, sales and service teams, and industry representatives.
- Developing agencies that are financially sound, growing, respected, and enjoyable workplaces.
- Effectively implementing and utilizing Leavitt Group's resources and tools.
- Preparing for and executing perpetuation planning and transitions.
This position is designed for remote work, collaborating with fellow team members based in the Charlotte, NC metro area, and serving the Upper-Midwest, East Coast, and Southeast regions. The role reports directly to the Senior Executive Vice President of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an MBA is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a business environment.
- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and align with Leavitt Group's governing principles.
- Represent LGE in 8-10 agency partnerships.
- Oversee financial performance through budgets, forecasts, and correlation meetings.
- Engage in strategic and operational planning.
- Enhance the utilization of Leavitt Group's tools and resources within agencies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with standards.
- Support the M&A team in integrating agency acquisitions.
- Contribute to perpetuation planning.
