Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Jobot. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including system implementation and management.
