**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Planet Professional. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and providing exceptional assistance to our department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Support Management:** Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • **Documentation and Reporting:** Write routine reports and correspondence in a timely manner, utilizing your exceptional written communication skills.
  • **Office Administration:** Make photocopies, fax documents, and scan documents as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • **Document Management:** Sort and file documents, ensuring a well-organized and easily accessible filing system.
  • **Technical Skills:** Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF, demonstrating proficiency in a range of software applications.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • **Experience:** 3+ months of administrative experience, with a strong preference for 1+ years of related experience.
  • **Skills:** Comfortable with a high volume of data entry, demonstrated attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, is strongly desired.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • **Healthcare Industry Knowledge:** Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
