Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients at Glacier Bank.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers via phone, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and bank staff in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
- Process various transactions, including telephone transfer requests, check orders, stop payments, and Visa Check Card orders/reorders.
- Offer solutions to meet customer needs, adhering to bank regulations and policies while providing exceptional service.
- Provide statement printouts and check copy requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries, providing prompt and extraordinary service to customers.
- Transfer calls to outside offices and staff members, ensuring seamless communication.
- Process transactions, including telephone transfer requests, check orders, stop payments, and Visa Check Card orders/reorders.
- Provide customer service on ACH and ATM inquiries and disputes, on-line banking inquiries and resets.
- Offer statement printouts and check copy requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize and organize a heavy workload, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Work in a professional manner, consistently demonstrating courtesy, customer service, and tact in a fast-paced/deadlines-oriented environment.
- Work quickly and accurately, performing effectively under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines, and making decisions based on regulations, company policies, knowledge, and experience.
- Work both independently and in a team environment, understanding and following complex written and oral instructions.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, possessing basic computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, ten-key, and general computer applications.
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service and sales experience, with a moderate level of banking knowledge desired.
