Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in ANDA and other life sciences patent litigation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a courtroom setting, including taking depositions, and should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and opposing counsel. A collaborative mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in patent litigation within U.S. District Courts and before the PTAB, including:
1. Conducting thorough case analyses.
2. Performing factual and legal research.
3. Drafting legal pleadings.
4. Engaging in discovery related to infringement, validity, and damages.
5. Researching and drafting dispositive motions and claim construction briefs.
6. Participating in pre-trial and trial preparations.

Ideal Profile:
- An undergraduate or master's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field.
- Previous experience in the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm.
- A strong academic record from an accredited law school.
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
