Job Title: Pancake House General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pancake House General Manager to join our team at IHOP. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality
  • Manage restaurant supplies, including small wares
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve guest satisfaction and retention
Requirements:

Ideally, 1+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

5+ years of experience in customer service

Extensive food safety knowledge

Computer literacy

Familiarity with restaurant management software

Salary:
  • $70,000/year
