**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to serve as our Housing Services Manager. This role will be responsible for managing multiple County and Home Forward-funded housing contracts and programs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience supporting participants with housing resources or addressing critical needs. They will also bring three or more years of proven success in staff management, including hiring, training, supervising, and supporting housing services staff.

This is a full-time role with work hours of 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch. The starting salary is approximately $82,000 per year, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • You will serve as the primary contact for funding agencies, managing highly regulated housing programs with professionalism and effectiveness.
  • Track and communicate program and contract outcomes to staff and leadership.
  • Monitor and audit participant files and databases to ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, and City guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and finance teams to monitor program spending and resource management.
  • Create and implement streamlined systems for housing advocates.
  • Work with internal and external partners to provide critical resources to NAYA housing participants.
