Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Development Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our transplant-related product offerings in the specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving 100% of sales expectations for the assigned territory

  • Collaborating with various internal teams on strategic cross-selling initiatives
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field and at least 5 years of successful direct sales and business development experience in an academic hospital setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving 100% of sales expectations for the assigned territory
  • Striving to exceed performance metrics as determined by sales leadership
  • Collaborating with various internal teams on strategic cross-selling initiatives
  • Maintaining and growing the patient base at existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing contact
