Clinical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth registration process for patients, collecting copays, posting payments, and communicating financial policies. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining accurate records and meeting productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of superior patient-centered medical care by registering patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Greet patients with a friendly smile and ensure they find the appropriate office or exit.
- Verify and update patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history to maintain accuracy.
- Process receipts for copays and deposit payments, adhering to cash drawer protocol.
- Act as a point of contact for clinical team insurance-related questions.
- Cross-train and assist other departments as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of healthcare front office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurances, benefits, and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
