We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Front Desk Coordinator to become a vital part of our client's medical practice. This role is essential for delivering outstanding patient service and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Key Location: Winston-Salem, NC (100% onsite)

Salary Range: $19-$22/hour (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and oversee the check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented accurately.
  • Confirm insurance details, process co-payments, and calculate deductibles, addressing all patient insurance inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage and coordinate patient appointments, optimizing the office schedule for efficiency.
  • Facilitate patient referrals, ensuring all required documentation and follow-ups are completed.
  • Organize and maintain patient records and office documentation, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information, taking messages, and directing calls as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical office setting is essential.
  • Expertise in managing insurance processes, including co-payments and deductible calculations.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a dynamic environment.
