Job Title: Proactive Systems Engineer

At Executech, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Network Administration: Administer and maintain client networks, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of servers, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT Certifications: CompTIA (A+, SEC+, Network+), MCSE, Microsoft Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, Cisco (CCNP, CCNA), CAPM.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on network administration and technical support.
