Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and monitor dispensing and charging information to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance revenue integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and improve charge capture processes
Requirements:
  • Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or California Pharmacy Technician License or Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
  • 3 years of experience in health care or pharmacy billing, collections, or medical claims processing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of work experience in a pharmacy technician role in a specialty setting
