Job Summary:
The Clinical Specialist will provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff during ENT surgical procedures. This role requires close interaction with surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during, and after cases
• Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts
• Train surgeons and staff on medical devices
• Collect and report data from surgical cases
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room
• Clinical experience in ENT
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (Sciences or Medical degree)
• Strong relationship and consultative selling skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Ability to adapt and willingness to change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active vehicle insurance policy
Work Environment:
The Clinical Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for up to 8 hours per day.
