The perfect applicant will have a background in customer service and recognize the significance of promptly addressing the needs of our members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding service to club members
  • Managing member check-ins
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Scheduling reservations for club amenities (such as tennis courts, spa treatments, and personal training sessions)
  • Promoting and informing members about club offerings and services
  • Executing basic and advanced point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications:

  • Availability for a flexible schedule (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Physical capability to stand and move throughout the day
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Self-driven and motivated

Work Hours:

  • Flexible shifts available, starting as early as 4 AM and concluding as late as 9 PM

Compensation:
