We are seeking a Patient Ambassador to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a Patient Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and guests
  • Assist patients with transportation and mobility needs
  • Manage work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Collaborate with the Patient Experience Office to provide comprehensive services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • No experience required, but a Virginia Driver's License (VADL) is preferred
Physical Demands

The Patient Ambassador role requires standing for prolonged periods, frequent driving, and bending/stooping. The ability to lift/push/pull objects over 100lbs is also necessary. The role may also involve exposure to outdoor weather elements, fumes, noise, and other environmental factors.
