Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Asset Manager III to join our team at Invictus International Consulting, LLC. This role will be responsible for handling the receipt, packing, crating, and processing of shipments, as well as updating records and tracking property throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receiving, packing, crating, and processing of shipments, utilizing receipt paperwork and multiple courier documentation.
  • Utilize the Property Management System to update records and track property, ensuring quality control of documentation and records.
  • Inspect, tag, and post incoming property and material into the property management system.
  • Perform annual inventories and process excess property via a disposition program.
  • Verify shipment contents against records, such as manifests, BOMs, BO, and Purchase Orders, to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee the transportation of classified and unclassified IT equipment throughout CONUS/OCONUS locations.
  • Maintain a reserve of store shipping materials and supplies to ensure inventory of stock hardware.
  • Interpret data on logistics elements, including availability, maintainability, reliability, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and distribution.
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance within current operations.
  • Assist with acquisition, logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, SCRM compliance, and managing an operational spare program.
  • Write technical copies of various document types and assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position, or an additional 4 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in addition to education level.
  • Experience working in a DoD or IC environment preferred.
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and be on call 24x7 in case of emergencies.
  • Must be capable of working independently in a high-paced, demanding environment with minimal error rate.
  • Proficient in accurately entering logistics-related data into databases and Excel spreadsheets.
  • The ability to quickly and effectively process and assimilate large volumes of data utilizing MS Excel.
