Pilates Studio Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for introducing clients to the benefits of Pilates, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales expectations. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a referral program to drive sales and growth
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Participate in sales presentations and promotions to drive membership sales and renewals
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
- Work closely with management and instructors to ensure seamless studio operations
- Attend and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Previous sales experience, with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and studio program software
- Health and fitness-minded individual with a passion for Pilates
