Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to provide expert nutritional care to our patients at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for completing patient nutritional assessments and establishing plans of care for their nutritional requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive care and address any nutrition-related concerns.
  • Develop and implement educational materials to meet the needs of patients and clinical professionals.
  • Participate in care planning meetings, rounds, and test trays in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Working experience in an acute care hospital highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian.
