Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse - PACU. This is a per diem opportunity that requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner
- Utilize and promote evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 18 months of RN experience required
- 1 year of PACU experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.00
