Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at West Boca Medical Center. As a Per Diem NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in the NICU, utilizing evidence-based practice and adhering to professional standards.
  • Administer and perform specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatment plans.
  • Supervise and direct assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
  • Review orders and test results, documenting care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Requirements
  • Florida RN License
  • American Heart Association, PALS, NRP, & BLS card
  • Associates degree from accredited Nursing program
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year licensed nursing practice on a NICU unit
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
