NICU Per Diem Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at West Boca Medical Center. As a Per Diem NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in the NICU, utilizing evidence-based practice and adhering to professional standards.
- Administer and perform specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatment plans.
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
- Review orders and test results, documenting care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
- Florida RN License
- American Heart Association, PALS, NRP, & BLS card
- Associates degree from accredited Nursing program
- Minimum 1 year licensed nursing practice on a NICU unit
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
