Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Log in and out packages as they are received
  • Monitor and control security cameras to ensure the safety and security of our residents and guests
  • Control guest and vendor access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel have access
  • Review daily front office procedures and facilitate communication between owners, maintenance team members, and other stakeholders
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and take necessary actions to resolve the situation
  • Answer phone calls professionally and clearly communicate with residents, guests, and vendors
  • Enforce condominium rules and regulations diplomatically and consistently
  • Park vehicles safely and securely
  • Deliver parcels to resident units efficiently
  • Roving patrols of the property to ensure its security and integrity
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service to our residents and guests. As a Condominium Concierge Professional, you will be working closely with our management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
