Job Summary:

The Dealer Action Administrator is a key member of the BioZyme team, responsible for working closely with dealers to drive growth and ensure the new dealer process is efficient and effective. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure execution of the Dealer Action plan provided by the Marketing Team
* Work hand in hand with dealers to implement the Dealer Action plan
* Maintain accurate customer lists, including addresses, contact information, and emails
* Discuss promotions and campaigns with dealers, encouraging participation and promoting the use of Promoboxx
* Assist dealers with sign-up and usage of the Online Dealer Center and Dealer Rewards Program
* Provide marketing materials and promote marketing campaigns
* Make an average of at least 50 outbound calls per day to dealers and send follow-up emails
* Document every dealer activity via Back Office
* Collaborate with account owners to ensure communication and strategy alignment
* Ensure dealer evaluations are completed as required
* Manage time effectively to achieve accountable growth

Requirements:

* High School Diploma
* 5-10 years of customer outreach and/or call center experience
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and planning skills
* Ability to develop and leverage collaborative relationships
* Uncompromising integrity
