Your Responsibilities:
- Design engineering solutions for renewable energy and various projects.
- Monitor construction activities related to renewable energy initiatives.
- Engage in client communications and report writing.
- Manage projects effectively, leading multidisciplinary consulting teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional engineering license in applicable states.
- Experience with utility-scale and distributed generation solar projects.
- Familiarity with municipal site plan and zoning approval processes.
- Knowledge of erosion and sediment control plan approvals.
- Understanding of stormwater management and hydrology.
- Experience in planning and designing stormwater infrastructure.
- Proficiency in civil and environmental engineering principles.
- Competence in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ArcGIS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project managers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior experience with solar energy projects is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record is required.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, with a range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Factors influencing final pay include relevant experience, skills, and geographic location.
