About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Product Owner to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) - Technology Resiliency and Execution team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology, and software products/programs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology, and software products/programs.
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental leads to ensure strategy alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee initiatives and manage communication with the business at a detailed functional level.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery in conformance with company software development life cycle methodologies.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology.
  • Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a technical product/Program manager (10+ years).
  • Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with and advising executive and senior leaders to set strategy, define the product, and make tough judgements between time to market and features.
  • 5+ years of product /Program management experience delivering large scale products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong in PowerPoint, excel, documentation tools like confluence, SharePoint etc.
