About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Transaction Banking Operations team in Dallas. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our transaction banking business, ensuring seamless execution of our products and services, and driving business growth through process improvements and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in Transaction Banking Operations, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Digital, Sales, and Engineering, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with transaction banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure excellent client service and support.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in transaction banking, treasury services, payments, and/or lending.
  • Strong knowledge of international payment schemes, FX, and liquidity products, as well as loan origination and servicing.
  • Proven leadership and people development skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial and client-focused mindset, balanced with a clear risk management approach.
