Job Description

As a Fab Process Technician at Enablence USA Components Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wafer fabrication process. Your primary responsibility will be to follow instructions from process engineers and perform tasks such as tool calibration, data recording, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to clean room protocols and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Perform metrology tool calibrations and record data into corresponding SPC files or databases.
  • Identify and report any failures or anomalies in the wafer fab process to process engineers.
  • Support process and equipment engineers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Provide training to new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Prepare wafers for shipping and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a swing shift environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary.
Schedule:
  • 5x8 schedule with 8-hour shifts.
  • Evening shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime as needed.
  • Weekends as required.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Relocation:
  • Relocation to Fremont, CA 94538 required before starting work.
