Overview
Mercy Washington's ICU Residency program offers a unique opportunity for new graduates to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Our 19-bed floor is comprised of a 13-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 6-bed Transitional Care Unit, providing a diverse range of patients and diagnoses. We are a team-oriented unit that values teamwork and collaboration, making us an ideal place for new nurses to grow and learn.

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including day-one comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO/vacation time, employer-matched retirement funds, shift differentials, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance up to $3,000 per policy, stay premium program with up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service, education assistance, and up to $20,000 loan forgiveness for new grad nurses. Our RN loan forgiveness program helps pay off RN student loan debt, with up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments (up to $20,000 cap).
