About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Client Service Representative Specialist to join our team at Mercurial, Inc. This role will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving customer acquisition success, and fostering positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services aligning with clients' needs and objectives.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or a similar role.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
