Job Description
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to FastSigns' products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: $17.00 per hour, 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
