We are offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team at Evolution Concepts Inc. in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the bridge between current customers and potential leads, providing smooth, professional interactions that drive satisfaction and growth.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and leads to meet the firm's membership goals.
- Research and resolve client issues by collaborating with other successful Customer Success Representatives.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and seminars to refine skills and increase success.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; 1-3 years of customer service experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills are required.
- The ability to work full-time in this role is necessary.
- A proven record of achieving or exceeding goals, with a customer-focused mindset, is essential.
