Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate materials and assembly parts to ensure they meet quality control standards and are safe to use.
- Provide general oversight of the Quality Inspection Team with an emphasis on compliance regarding applicable regulations and procedures.
- Perform inspections using approved technical data and FAA best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Five years' experience as an Aviation Quality Inspector.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Proficiency in using various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must understand, read, and write English.
